I cannot recommend this Cycle Shop enough. Staff are brilliant, knowledgable and friendly. They have some great products and cannot do enough to help. Feel blessed to have such a great shop in Wymondham.
Just purchase a Frog bike for my son. Ray was full of great advice and the perfect bike was in stock - I have a very happy son!They went the extra mile in every area, including fitting a free gear guard to protect the mechanism. Highly recommended
Any shop can sell you a bike. Its when there's a few teething problems that really shows up how much they care and these people at Howards Cycles were fantastic today when I had a couple of issues that needed sorting on my new bike. They were brilliant and sorted everything while showing that they actually cared. I'm really grateful for their professional service. Thank you. Fantastic service. Really knowledgeable and helpful staff. I was recommended a bike and it literally was perfect, everything i wanted and fitted exactly to my comfort. I have been to the bigger bike shops many times - never again! Howards had a superb selection of bikes (many more than you would assume from the outside of the shop) and the service is amazing. Great service from knowledgeable staff. Recently bought a new bike and child seat and Ray and the team put a lot of time and effort into helping me find the right combination of bike, seat and accessories.
