No option provided for no stars, unfortunately! Had an appointment booked with a specialist technician, who I was told would look at my car to analyse a problem and tell me what it would cost to fix it. Arrived on time to be told that the specific technician would not be available for at least two hours as he was still on another job, nor was the necessary diagnostic equipment available. Was told that other technicians equally capable of dealing with issue, in contrast to information given when appointment made... I was told 'xxx is the best man for that, he's a specialist', etc. Offered another appointment...no thanks, my experience was of an appallingly amateurish and unprofessional company

My girlfriend and I, when to the garage looking into getting her a new used car. All the staff are very friendly and willing to go out of their way to help with any issues. Especially Paul, the manager and Jonathan Senior sales man.My girlfriend ended up with a great little car, definitely will be going back in the future
