After having issues with a couple of garage in Norwich I was recommended to try Merc-Pro and thought I have nothing to loose! I am so pleased to have at last found a garage that I can trust. The owner is ex Merc Dealership - so all the knowledge, skill and expertise that you want for your car without the price tag.I was made to feel welcome, there is a little office you can wait in which is warm and you can sit down. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles that the dealership has but then again your not getting ripped off and you're still getting an professional consultation and work on your car.Having a Merc was a bit of a pain before as I couldn't find a specialist I could trust - not anymore. Very pleased.
Superb customer service! Cant fault them! They even put my spare tyre on when I had a puncture. Very very reasonably priced and honest from the get go! I would 100% recommend their services :)
