Poor customer service, have asked numerous times for a missing parcel form and have found will to be very unhelpful. Have been told that he can only refund 100 of my 265 purchase which I never received due to their insurance limit being 100; this has been ongoing since March 2017. Would never use again, steer clear of this unhelpful company! We are now issuing court proceedings due to being advised by trading standards as he has breached the contract and did not respond to alternative dispute resolution which I suggested both by email and a letter.
Ordered from them online .Firstly the item didn't arrive and then after a protracted dispute I didn't receive a refund either. They claim the item had been delivered after producing a tracking number , but I guarantee 100% I didn't receive the item or any post off notifications or delivery cards and there doesn't appear to be any reference to my address when I tried the tracking information.They may have good ratings and review's but if things go wrong they don't want to know and therefore my experience of them is satisfactory and costly.
