We have used Goff as a syndicate for the last 15 years, they have always been good on price and when errors have been made they have been honest. I trust Goff with price and value, their staff and drivers are always polite and helpful. A huge thank you to the driver who was so very kind to my 88 year old parents.

I've used Goff Petroleum for a number of years. They always match a quote I give them, prompt delivery and never any fuss. Maybe only those with a gripe have felt disposed to leave a review. Well, lets change that.
We ordered heating oil for our house from GOFF PETROLEUM mid Feb. They charged our bank account for the service and we waited calmly for our oil to arrive. During the recent weather conditions it is understandable that many petrol companies are having issues. Unfortunately, according to GOFF, they have endured abuse from people about oil deliveries. Because of this abuse GOFF has stated on their site, "They will cancel orders if you are rude". Well, our order got cancelled / refunded without any notice; however, we had zero negative interactions with GOFF whatsoever. We only just noticed they refunded our payment because I checked our bank account for the payment date in hopes we'd get our oil soon. There it was, the charge refunded and without a call, email, or text. And we've been using GOFF for years too. We are now out of oil because they chose to not contact us about the cancellation and we have 2 young children in the house, the youngest being 2 years old. Has this happened to anyone else? Did you lose your order without contact from them? Genuinely curious here. And very cold too...
