Purchased hot and spicy szechwan chicken, Was not spicy whatsoever I even had to add hot sauce of my own. I phoned to let them know it wasn't satisfactory, i was not offered a refund or a replacement meal. Instead I was told that it must be me that sometimes am unable to taste hot food. I think I know my own taste buds. Also ordered chicken balls and sauce etc.. which also was of poor quality.

We have have been using this place for at least 18years, always getting great food and service. Best Chinese in Wymondham.

Crispy shredded Beef was Just Fat. Small Portions. Not Amazing But Edible
