You can't imagine my disappointment after they charged me 15'00 for a pack of Niquitin and after that going shopping in Tesco and finding the same pack for 6'50...
WORST PHARMACY IN NORFOLK - MISMANAGED JOKENothing has changed from previous reviews customers have made. This has got to be the worst mis-managed pharmacy in Norfolk, if not the country. Staff are completely incapable of dispensing prescriptions and seem to run around aimlessly when asked to produce a prescription that they have been notified about hours in advance. It just gets worse every time you require a new prescription you dread having to go in and stand around for between 20 and 30 minutes until it dawns on them that they need to dispense the prescription for a waiting customer, and, even then, only able to produce a part of my prescription in cut up quantities. Upon my 6 mile round trip journey to return to collect the second part they failed to produce, they were just as confused and could not find it yet again - unbelievable, how on earth do these people keep their jobs when there are loads of people out of work just waiting for an opportunity to earn some money and assist members of the public? SACK THE LOT OF THEM AND ENGAGE A REPUTABLE PHARMACY TO SERVE THE PUBLIC INSTEAD OF THESE UNPROFESSIONAL CLOWNS.
Pleasant staff but they nearly always have difficulty in finding a prescription. Why are there so many separate places for them to look? Time they found a better system!
