He was always willing to help and quick to return calls. Anthony was extremely polite and informative which made the whole experience as stress free as possible. As others have said, very poor communication. Instructed them to sell my property, cancelled due to lack of communication. They then approached me a month or so later with a "buyer", so I signed up again and the same thing happened, didn't return phone calls or direct emails. The buyer wanted more information, so provided this and didn't even get any feedback, just ignored my communication. Very disappointing and unprofessional!
Reasonable fees, People are Very Friendly and Very Helpful, especially Richard, Matt, and Mortgage advisor Janda. Definitely a five star service. Thank you for all your help with my sales and purchase.
Pushy Pushy Pushy! I do not appreciate William H Browns pressured sales techniques when all I wanted was to simply book a viewing. Ive heard of their attitude before but having never experienced it first hand I had no idea just how pushy they are.I would certainly not deal with them unless I absolutely had to.
I've tried several times to make an appointment for viewing different houses and have given up. Phone calls are not returned, direct emails ignored and the rightmove enquiry system doesnt appear to be picked up. Considering dropping a note through the vendors door instead.
