Absolutely love ordering from here! Second time ordering morning star Japanese insence (amazing product!) which came fast and undamaged.Also ordered Step-by-step Tarot by Terry Donaldson which also arrived undamaged in mint condition. Very impressed with the selection of insence and tarot decks (only reason I buy from here!) The online shop has a very personal feel to it (due to being independently run). Would definitely buy from here next time my supply of insence runs out!
First time I've ordered these candles, and I'm so happy with them. Having plant-based wax means we're not burning regular candles, which release petroleum fumes in our home! These burn clean and fresh and give a lovely feel. I also love that I can use my own candle holders for varied visual effects.Small issues are that they come wrapped in a a thin film of plastic which cannot be recycled I'd love it if they were wrapped in paper or another recyclable material. Also, they were packaged with small foam noodles, and I'm not sure if these are recyclable, either. *EDIT*: The supplier got in touch to let me know these are biodegradeable great!Sometimes the wick doesn't light or relight I need to turn the candles on their side to burn down the wax around the wick for it to light properly. *EDIT*: The supplier explained that because of natural materials they may take a little longer to light. Easy to fix: just hold the match to the wick for longer!I will order these again as I love having plant-based wax candles and ordering from a small company.I updated this review to 5 stars because of the stellar customer service I received in response to my review.
