Fantastic cattery. Always our first choice to leave our cat here. He is always well looked after and is happy and relaxed on pick up.
We have used this cattery since it was opened many years ago,all our cats have been well cared for and came home in very good condition.
I have boarded various cats for about 20 years and never experienced a problem. All cats return happy and healthy. The owners are always helpful and caring. Jean
If you love your cats then do not leave them here!! Little did we know that they keep lots of dogs too. They hid them when we arrived so we had no idea they were there. Then after having our cats stay for one night and having a bad feeling about the cattery, we called around some other catterys to see if they had any availability and every one we called had nothing good to say about Pinewood. As soon as the last place we spoke to informed us that the man is very heavy handed with animals we soon called them up to take our cats home!! Once we arrived he was very hostile and rude. He then needed us to speak to Mary who was inside. Before we could go inside he had to let all of the dogs out which was around 15-20!! He proceeded to put them in a shed and was rough with them while doing so. We told them that we wanted our cats and we were not using them again and they were both extremely angry. We gave them some money for their trouble but they were still furious. We then went to the back of their garden where all their gallery pictures are taken, as they are very deceiving in how 'nice' it actually is because the rest of their property is not. When seeing our cats they looked petrified and scared. We have never seen them like this and knew we had made the right decision. It took our cats over a week to even warm to us again and this broke our hearts. As soon as we got home we reported these people to the RSPCA. So if like us you need a last minute cattery and you think this place will be ok, then think again as it was horrific!!
Terrible, both my cats got fleas, and one died after!
