Stayed there last night with my son and father having booked 2 months ago. Asked for a family room with a double bed and a single and was told it was 85 including breakfast. When we arrived she changed our room off her own back for one with a bigger double bed.we thanked her and had a good night's sleep. When i paid the bill i was told it was 105 because of the room change that we didn't ask for and she didn't want to talk about it. And on top of that the breakfast was awful with 1 cocktail sized sausage. Wouldn't return here i feel robbed.

Stayed last week on a business trip. Our host was wonderfully accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Ample parking, rooms were warm, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was served with a lovely smile and tasted great, really set us up for the day. We'll definitely be returning to Avalon, a great find! Thanks for having us :)
